Diana Lee is a Vice President and AB’s Director of Corporate Governance on the Responsibility team. She serves as AB’s subject matter expert on corporate governance topics for internal and external stakeholders, focusing on ESG engagements and proxy voting in partnership with the investment teams, as well as working on relevant research. Lee leads AB’s Proxy Voting and Governance Committee and is part of the Equities ESG Research Working Group, as well as the Sustainable Employee Wellness Group Taskforce. She is a member of the Council of Institutional Investors, the International Corporate Governance Network and the Investment Company Institute Proxy Issues Working Group. Lee holds a BS in finance with a minor in music composition from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University. Location: New York
